Inspired by all the amazing, meaningful experiences created by the four art installations, in 2012 Robert started Inspiration Campaign as a way to use individual participation (crowd-sourcing + crowd-funding) to transform traditional advertising billboards into sources of great content for everyone.

From 2012 to 2015 thousands of individuals submitted messages as well as contributed dollars to pay for it. The results were dozens of billboards (and buses) experienced over 13 million times throughout the SF Bay Area! They were amazing. And beautiful. And so, so (so) refreshing and wonderful.

The vision now is to relaunch Inspiration Campaign in conjunction with the book (publication TBD) as an ever-growing, 24/7, people-powered art installation to embody a new human story by being a creative contemplation of the question...
